Güvensan Academy is our mandatory training program that every field staff member completes before starting work. Our goal is simple: to guarantee the same standard in Istanbul and anywhere in Anatolia.

Scope of Our Training Program

• Technical competency: Correct equipment use, workplace safety, and application standards depending on the service area (cleaning, disinfection, technical maintenance, etc.).
• Behavioral competency: Customer relations, communication, and field discipline.
• Occupational health & safety: Site-specific risk awareness training compliant with ISO 45001 standards.
• Continuous updates: Periodic refresher training as new equipment and methods are introduced.

Why Does It Matter?

The foundation of our subcontractor-free model is a workforce that has gone through a standard training process and is directly supervised by us. Güvensan Academy is the building block that brings this standard to the field.
