Güvensan Tesis Hizmetleri has been operating from its Istanbul headquarters since 1992, providing nationwide facility management services. Except for security and catering, we manage every facility process end-to-end — cleaning, disinfection, technical maintenance and energy management, landscaping, pest control, carpet/upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, water tank cleaning, pool maintenance, and payroll.
Unlike many players in the sector, we do not hand off fieldwork to subcontractors. In all 81 provinces of Turkey, we work with our own trained and supervised staff. This model gives us one contract, one point of contact, one standard, and end-to-end accountability — especially valuable for multi-branch corporate clients.
In addition to our Istanbul headquarters, we have regional offices in Izmir, Ankara, and Antalya — 4 operation points in total. This structure allows us to reach every province in Turkey at the same speed and quality.
Our Founder & CEO Münteha Adalı was named one of the "50 Women Making a Difference" by IWEC (International Women's Economic Forum). Our commitment to women's employment is also reflected in our signing of the UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs).
